Took off my Lakewoods and they are blown. Bought some Strange 10 way shocks. Problem is the body of the Strange shocking a lot thicker than the Lakewood.
Only solution I can see is to either send back the Strange shocks and replace them with a new set of Lakewoods or if I decide to keep the Strange shocks I can either:
Buy the UPR coil over kit which cost 260+ I'd probably have to buy new springs and what I've already got in the new shocks.
Buy some spring adjusters from Wolfe, use my current coil over springs, and buy mounts for the strange shocks since my relocation brackets probably won't work with the thicker shocks. This will probably cost at least another $150 on top of what I've already spent on the shocks.
Obviously financially buying a new set of Lakewood 50/50's makes the most sense, the othe two options either require a lot more money or a lot of extra labor, are the Strange shocks worth that much more than the Lakewoods?
