wiring help - wire pulled out of harness

Damn power wire pulled out of the connector on my wideband. How in the world do I fix this? I really don't want to take out all the wiring for the gauge for a new harness, that would be a pain in the ass. Help please.

take the pin out of the plastic plug. you will have to defeat a lock of some sort in the plug to allow the pin to push out the rear (where the wire should be). CAREFULLY open the "prongs" with a pick, clean up the wire, put it back in the clip and recrimp, push back into the plug. if you destroy the pin don't worry about it, you can find a replacement or call autometer and they will send you one.

Do as said or just cram the wire down inside and silicone it in.
