what did yall guys use to hold down the circle metal piece that goes on the hood, the kit i bought comes with sheetmetal screws but i doubt it will work on fiberglass.. this is what we ended with

The sheetmetal screws work fine, but you have to drill a small pilot hole and chamfer it VERY slightly - or it will spider web around the screw if you crank down on it.
If they are anything other than stainless - get rid of them.Comment
