I'm putting in a complete AJE tubular K member and adjustable A arms "kit" Also I'm switching over to a flaming river manual rack and a BAER brake kit which includes the spindles, hubs, rotors and calipers. But up to this point all I've installed is the spindles. I already had a set of QA1 caster/camber plates and QA1 coil overs. I haven't installed the tie rod ends so the two sides aren't connected but when I check the range of motion to the left and right "steering" the drivers side is ok, but the passenger side, the spring (coil overs) hits the brake hose mount before it even breaks the "plane" so to speak to steer to the left. I've tried to adjust the shock with the CC plates and also the a arm to get it to clear and it didn't do much. I'm just curious if when the suspension compresses if it will clear, or if it adds that much space between the shock and the brake hose mount. Thanks in advance for any responses.

How are the A arms adjustable? They were selling a universal Mustang A arm kit that afforded you the ability to move the ball joint out or in depending on how you configured the ball joint plate. If you have that setup, be cautious.
I have pics I can share that show what happens when the plate breakes after less than 150 miles of use. AJE is a stand up company and they stood behind thier product but just be careful...01 red GT - 745whp/780wtq Whippled 4V and built 4R75W

Would like to see pics. Basically they have the ball joint, and that mounts to the end of the a arm (obviously) then it has one tube (the front one) that goes almost all the way to the K member and is threaded with a heim joint at the end. The rear has a short threaded section close to the ball joint with reverse threads and then it has a heim joint that connects to the k member, in between them is threaded tube and when you turn it one way or the other, it will move in or out. The guidance that AJE gave me to get nearest to factory settings is to thread the front heim joint into the "tube" so that it has 5/8" thread engagement and then the rear is fully adjustable.
I just talked to Anthony at AJE and he said that it is common for that to happen, and I will have to assemble everything and get it on the ground before I will be able to see what the finished product is going to be like.
I understand that is true, but I wouldn't think that it should be binding up before it even starts to turn left on the passenger side. Also he said that the adjustable ones probably won't work with a sway bar.... which sucks because I really wanted to use my front sway bar.04 2.6 KB'd Cobra!
