From What I've researched, these boogers don't have a relay for the headlamps, retarted I know

Check the connector at the head light. Seen a few burn up the pins

This, and also check for the ground, they get corroded as well.

CJB fuse 47 (10amp) is for left low beam headlight according to alldata.

Well I "know" the ground "and" the pins are "not" the culprit, i tied onto the passenger side lowbeam and ran it to the driver side lowbeam, and bam! It works,, but that's only a temporary fix, which leads me to believe the lowbeam wire must be fried, again, I've checked all the fuses and even probed my test light to them and they all show to be good. Anymore suggestions here guys?

check fuse 46 under the dash for power and ground 100 on the left side of the fire wall. if not you may have a burnt up (or loose) fuse box, its a solid wire from the fuse to the light.

Check fuse 2.7 30A and 2.17 15A, straight from the workshop manual

you might also check the multifunction switch, Ive seen pins fall out of the connectors due to brittleness, and on the wiring diagram, it passes through the multifunction switch.
