Newer car issue 2006 2.0L guidance need

2006 Ford Fucus w/ 2.0 auto. Was wrecked while running. Battery died while body work was being done. Battery was replaced but now the damn POS won't run.

Got it started with starting fluid but won't accelerate at all.

Cat converter get red hot, light black smoke from the tailpipe.

Code reader gives me lots of codes, from camshaft position sensor, fuel rail sensor circuit high, injector circuit malfunction cylinder 2 and 4.

Need some direction where to start to get this car to run. It's blocking the paint booth and I want the '68 painted soon. Don't want to just start replacing parts. Not my car and parts are $$$.

Short maybe fried ECM? I Would start with checking battery cables. Then start with bundles in the area of the wreck for shorts.
