Due to the recent noise complaint, my dad wants me to have cats on my car so I don't get a catalytic convertor ticket. I'm thinking some high flows will clean up the sound anyway, but I really don't wanna spend $200 on cats. I was thinking I would just buy some ebay specials and clamp them in, possibly just gut them. Would it clean up the sound/ make it deeper? or would it make it worse?

If you're running a non-catted xpipe I'll trade you my catted xpipe. If your car is loud as shit and it goes 0-60 In 20 seconds, then thats rice.
If your car is quiet as shit and goes 0-60 In 4 seconds or less, you're a pussy.
Gotta find the sweet spot, my car is very quiet at idle and normal driving. When In the throttle it'll scream, but not to loud because it's slow as shit.
