1970 Nova L-48 spark plug question

I'm running a stock setup on my '70 Nova L-48 350. What are the correct AC Delco spark plugs for it? Also, what should they be gapped at? It seems like I've got conflicting info from every place I've talked to. NAPA told me the correct plug is AC Delco 7, but I thought the correct one was a R-44.

The 7 is a rapid fire platinum. Pretty sure that isn't an OEM type. Sounds like they want to sell you the more expensive plug. I see it all the time.

If you are still running points, gap should be .035".
