Need a wierd sized drill bit (39/64).... HELP!

Hopefully by tonight, maybe tomorrow morning - I need a 39/64" (.609) drill bit to install some .625 knurled 3" long wheel studs.

This isn't something I can find at a hardware store - does anyone on my side of the planet (North West FTW) have one I can borrow?

Dull is fine, I have a way to sharpen it.

It's a possibility, I was more hoping to get lucky and find one between work and home so that I could pick one up on the way home.
