ok guys, i never took an interest in building a fast mustang til i quit twisting wrenches. I now have time and a 2000 mustang gt. Im looking for a decent stroker kit for it but i dont know what are the best aspects for it.... like I beam rods or H beam. looking for suggestions. Im planning on using a turbo on the car and pushing around at least 600hp.

Look at MMR, Livernois or even CHP. If you want 600rwhp, get the steel Kellog crank and the good H-beam rods. The best bet for power is going big bore with the darton sleeved aluminum block or the Boss block from ford. Don't forget studs everywhere and talk to Nick at ModularHeadShop about a head and cam combo.

you don't need a stroker motor to make power with a turbo . my motor is a basic forged motor with stock forged crank h beam rods diamond pistons and 10:1 compression with stock heads intake and stock cams and it makes way over 600rwhp thru a th400 auto at only 15# of boost and all arp studs and hardware my car hauls ass03 Dark Shadow Grey Mach1
