Is it in the same place as the fuel pump shut off (inertia switch)?

My buddy went to Vatozone and they sold him a Fuel pump relay, searching on the net, some have said it is in the driverside rear seat inner qtr panel area?
He put on a new fuel pump for nothing, its still not priming up.

driver module is on the driver rear inner qtr i believe...its been a while
