95 4.6 thunderbird suspension mod ? HELP!

just got me a daily driver a 95 Thunderbird and i have seen many of them with mustang rims.
now i got some 17x9 bullet rims and they do not fit on my Thunderbird, the bolt pattern is not the same.

.is there anything i can do to make my bullet rims work on my 95 Thunderbird?

You can switch the hubs to Mustang hubs.
