It will. Check the surfaces where the upper mates to the lower for the small extra hole in between the two center ports. This is the EGR port and if it doesn't have it then you'll want to disable your EGR by leaving the vacuum tube disconnected from the valve. Otherwise the ECM will add timing advance when the valve is open and without EGR gases actually flowing this compensatory timing advance can cause pinging.
so from the looks of it.. everything looks to be there, does it have to be exactly like your pic or will all the vacum lines fit on mine? i just want to make sure before i pull my intake off, as its my daily driver.. and can i get gaskets at autozone or orileys, just ask for explorer gaskets?

1996-2001 Explorer or 1993-1995 Cobra gaskets. I used Fel-Pro on mine. The vacuum lines can go to any vacuum port on the intake, they don't have to go to any specific port. For peace of mind I usually keep the big ones going to big ports, small lines to small ports.

cool thanks.. also will the stock bolts and thermostat housing work?

The housing will and so will the lower bolts. I can't remember about the upper bolts... I seem to remember needing 1 or 2 extra of the long bolts? Threaded rod would also work.

I have the top two long bolts.. thank you a ton for the help!
