what is the ideal oil pressure a fox body should run at once the car is warm and has been on the road for a while, what should it never drop below or never go above?

I have always gone by the 10lbs per 1k rpm . But , if my motor had under 20 at idle I would be changing the oil or looking for another problem . I think this rule was told to me by a chevy guy when I was a kid but I like to see 25-30 at idle when hot and 45 up when wound up . This is just what I like .Big Rooster RacingComment

depends on how the bearing clearances are setup. It can live on as low as about 7psi per 1k rpm ROUGHLY. 10 is good rule of thumbRing and pinion specialistComment
