idk about black chrome but i know you can get the stock slivers with tire for about a grand.

Exc stand for "except" in the O'Reilly catalogue system. Sounds like you got someone new. Also sounds like he was at least trying his best to help you. I'm sure you know everything and never needed to be trained at all during your tenure at Autozone though.

Oh I'm sure I did, but I was pretty knowledgeable about cars. I had already owned and taken apart several by that point in my life. I guess it was the Exc SVT Cobra comment that set the stage for me to think the rest of the experience to be so amusing and target for my criticism.
