  • Braking issue with 01 F-250

Problem is when i go to stop. Truck stops, but goes to the left pretty hard. Thought it was my passenger side front caliper not working but checked out fine. Any input or advise would be appreciated........

Mine did this after a brake job. It is for sure a caliper or hose issue. I changed them both and no problems after that. They are notorious for calipers sticking at around the 200k mark or second brake job.

Would it only be a caliper/hose in the front, or could the rear calipers cause the issue also?

I would say the front if it was pulling bad.

I had the same issue, replaced pads, rotors and calipers on both sides only to have it still pull. Turned out to be front brake lines, a cheaper and easier fix.
