Got it all ready to be welded up.
Converred to dual pass.
Simple cut and built a plate to slide in dividing inlet water and outlet. Of course it is not 100% but 99% will do.
built caps for both sides. I angled the inlet side to match the opposing end.
This piece fits flush inside and I might trim the angled one to do the same.
once we tig a couple tacks on the easy side, I can push the other in to weld it all up.
I also cut off the filler cap and the hose connection then just made 2 round piece that drop in to close them up.
Tomorrow I'm having a cover bent to cover the section of fins I trimmed and give it a finished look then it gets all welded up.
