I wouldn't even know what T4 turbo larger than this 76mm would line up with my DP right now. If I have to hack on the hotside, I would just go to a front mounted 88mm with a dp exiting the side skirt and no intercooler.

Yep. Spacer between the threaded adapter and the transmission on the bearing retainer of the transmission.

Built a heat shield for the alternator. Sheet of aluminum with a foil/insulation heat shield (https://www.designengineering.com//c...hesive-backing) on the side against the turbo and a lava mat (Carbon Fiber Heat Shield | Heatshield Products) on the other side.

I am not sure. It may come down to a late night thrashing on Friday. I am a 1 man show although my awesome wife crawled under the car on Saturday and helped me hoist the trans on the jack. If I can get her to keep the kid in the house each night this week I stand a good chance barring any setbacks.
