What I have been working on

The pump thickness at D (lower) and C are where my problems are. I need to get March's measurements for what pump they used.

Measurement D of water pump is 1.225
The bolts at D are 4.00

Measurement C of water pump is 2.109
The bolt at C is 2.750

I checked on two different fox water pumps.
And the bolts are the replacement ones from ARP.

I would just machine the spacers down and use shorter bolts to align the alternator up with other pulleys.

March said "just cut the spacers a little bit at a time until it lines up." Great, thanks. The have no engineering notes of how tall that boss is on the pump they built their kit off of. Only thing he said was "you got the right spacers and bolts. If you need longer bolts we can send them to you"

Well, the gaskets are dry now so I can start to play with it more tonight. I think I will go back to my engineering skills of stacking washers on the bolt took a spacer until I get the right spacing then measure and cut.

As for the relocation adapter being tapped to 7/16" "we gave you 3/8" bolts to go thru that bracket and a nut for the other side" Then why the fuck did you even tap it to begin with?

That should get it done. Did I miss something are you losing AC or going to an electric street rod compressor ?

The spacers that March sent only need a few thousands off them but I need a 0.25" longer bolt for one of them.
