1981 Ford F100

Had this truck for 18 years or so. Pulled it out of my Mother's garage/storage and time to get Old Blue back on the road for my kiddo's first vehicle.

The little 302 is tired and needs a rebuild.

Does anyone know of a good engine builder? Wanting to upgrade to Holley Sniper with a mild performance build.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Clean truck. The 300 was such a solid motor. My stepfather use to pull two mules/horse trailer with same set up with low rear gears. Pulled easy.


I'm going to pull the motor and have some do a mild performance build. i'm curious if anyone knows of a good rebuild shop. Probably will Holly Sniper it.

Then will take and have trans rebuilt to just know it's gone through. Looking for a donor truck to pull swap over a different bed it. New fuel tank, paint, tire and rims.

I might be interested as well as my oldest is 15 now and that might be a good first car/truck.
