Ah, that makes sense. I don't see a problem with that except it might be worth uninstalling to fully weld it in.

Yeah. I’ll get it up there. Screw it in , pull the trans and engine again and then weld. The engine is bare block anyways. No sense in keeping it in the car.

Looking at the turbo stuff now it might be a little too much as far as what I want to do with the car, so I’m not even sure if I’ll end up using it or if it’ll even fit because it’s for a fox body. Once I got it in my possession and started seeing everything it just looked kind of crazy.
I still also want to run regular exhaust and this has like a 4 inch turbo single pipe coming out of it. So there’s things with the stuff I’m not even going to use depending on what turbo I was going to use
