the aftermarket turbo on my dodge has been on for at least 150k miles.

the stockers on my truck will hit 50k on the drive home after work

The turbos on my truck have 100k on them and they have been abused, but I'm sure as long as your not stupid with it, a aftermarket turbo should last a good while
