So much of the black male population has been incarcerated, the lines between being out and in are very much blurred, the same mentalities seem to exist on both sides of the fence.

It's simply perception Rodney. The black community is built upon the incorrect belief they are second class citizens. You're perpetuating that very mindset right now. Every black leader steps on the backs of others under the guise of ridding their community of the talisman. Without racism, the black community would have to answer for their shortcomings. It is an all-encompassing excuse for everything that doesn't go their way. It has devoured generation after generation, and it will continue to do so until the black community is ready to be judged on the same plane as everyone else.
I worked for an older black gentleman for several years. I had a great deal of admiration and respect for him. He worked me harder than any other superior ever did, and he expected more out of me. He was the best VP I ever had. Others quit, blamed it on various things, but I hung in there and learned from it. It made me a much better leader. I had several conversations with him and and learned a hell of a lot. I think the black youth of America could learn from men like him. I can recall a specific incident, where he sat down with a young black man who was struggling. The intention was to motivate him to try harder, and not to quit. A few days later I heard him cussing him out, and then calling him a house nigger amongst his peers, all of which agreed. It gave me a different perspective on things.
About six months later or so that young man didn't show up for work, and we later found out he had been booked for aggravated assault and robbery. It made no damn sense as he was making a decent salary.
It's very disappointing to see it happen, but I honestly believe it is the truth too hard to swallow for many. Racism was and still is certainly real in some communities, their's no denying that. However, it is now a poison strangling the black community from every angle. The path the black community is going down will never solve their problems, it will only make them worse.

Dayuum, some serious thought went into this post. Bravo!
Nay nay, your links are a great example why I'm not on Facebook. You've admitted several times you are from money. Well I'm from dirt poor. I grew up as the only blonde haired blue eyed kid in the neighborhood. I know racism, and I know a racist when I hear one speak. Every race has too many racists. Anyone using the words "white privilege" is racist scum?
Who got to pick their parents, race and culture? Did you? Did I? Too hate someone or kill them for race is the ultimate sign of idiocy. Are you an idiot? I know race baiting when I hear it too.
CJ is 100% spot on.
Answer this question. How did electing the first black President cause an increase in racial problems in this country? And, how did electing a black president lead to less jobs and less education for blacks? How did implementing liberal utopian ideas and draconian gun control laws effect black on black crime in Chicago, Detroit and Baltimore?
And lastly who took the slaves to the African ports already in bondage?
Nixon, the President that sent in troops to enforce the civil rights act was from what party?
Lincoln was the first president from what party?
George Wallace the governor refusing to follow the civil rights act was from what party?
The last known KKK member in Congress was from what party?
Did it ever occur to you that social media is making you dumber?
If you can answer all of the above correctly instead of haranguing me about "white privilege" maybe you should go to the next BLM meeting and share some fucking truth.
Lies and stupidity and agendas create murderous morons in all races. you should be educating morons so they don't become murderous idiots. They won't listen to me because my parents were white. So really it's all your fault for knowing the truth and spreading lies. You farakhan, Jackson, Obama, and the BLM folks. You all are the racists and I'm sick of hearing your BS.
Can you even admit some black people are racist? Is it even possible? How about those North Korean fuckers? Can you admit Jung-un is a worthless racist? Russians? How about any Indians? Ever net one that says everyone else is stupid, I have. White Americans are by and large the least racist people on Earth. We literally want to live in peace and let everyone else do whatever they want as long as it doesn't infringe on our rights. Protest, don't work, piss and moan, go to college for free (I can't), get a job that a smarter white guy can't have because of "white privilege." I don't give a crap. But the instant you threaten me, my family or my neighbors because of their race, don't cry to me if the po po puts a bullet in you or heaven forbid someone defends themselves or their family. And if your black neighbor is shooting up your hood, don't cry to me about gun control. It isn't me shooting people in "your community," it's your neighbors.
i'm relegated to this sub forum because i was the last black guy left on this forum, and now i just want to show you all how foolish you look.
You are failing miserably at showing how foolish anybody other than yourself looks, because you desperately continue posting even after being restricted only to what might be considered the kids table of this forum.
