I think you might still find it in Canada. The way I understand it is that he posted the number and was held responsable for all the harassing calls made. I didnt really keep up with the story that well, but thats the way I remember it. Started over a fence that he and his neighbor shared.

Interesting. I still think a year in jail is excessive. Seems like a waste of resources. I can see fine and probation / community service though.
