See, the thing with the first amendment is, it doesn't apply to private entities, only public. This website is not publicly owned, it's owned privately. So if Kyle or one of the mods gets a wild hair up their ass they can ban you, in effect shutting you up, for no reason. There wouldn't be a damn thing you can do about it.
