I honestly don't care what you believe. Maintaining a lane, and speed limit, while holding a conversation may prove to be difficult for you, and people around you. However, I've got more than two brain cells. I yield to faster traffic when the situation calls for it. I typically drive in the slow lane anyways, out of habit. Then I get over to go around the slower traffic in front of me, and get back in the slow lane when the road ahead is clear. I don't creep to stops, whether on the phone or not. I'm perfectly capable of keeping a vehicle between the white lines, whether on the phone or not.
