meh...I rode the motorcycle all day. didn't feel too windy to me.

what I don't understand is all the damn dirt in the air. Had a nice clean bike before work, and came out later on to it covered in dirt. had a layer of dirt on me after I rode home through it as well.

It's called "smoke" and it comes from fires.

Coulda fooled me. I thought it was dirt from all the damn construction over in the side of the metroplex (Benbrook, burleson). Didn't know smoke would leave a fine layer of brown dust on my bike. I usually called that dirt. And smoke usually isn't solid to where it hurts when it gets in my eyes causing me to ride with my shield down. Don't think it would leave a layer of dust/dirt on my helmet after riding either.

Smoke is fine particles of matter that is moved by wind. It could be dirt, and it very well could be smoke as well. When smoke settles on stuff it looks like dirt sometimes, the only differance is dirt/dust is thicker then smoke particles.

                So don't be a smartass.
