                              I just fell off the bar stool laughing. I agree about TX Roadhouse and Outback. They are mediocre at best. You can not, and will not replicate a prime cut from a high end steakhouse at home. Even if you buy prime cuts to cook at home. It's not the same, and won't ever be the same.
