Not really hard to prove anything if you have evidence. In a right to work situation, a wrongful termination is hard to prove in the absence of a reason. So if I just fired you and didn't give a reason why, then I'd be in the clear.

I did this. In Iraq I had enough with one of my peice of shit bosses. I had just finished fingerprinting over 500 individuals and I was given 30 minutes notice to fly to the IZ with the computer and scanner. Waiting for my ride at the HLZ I pulled everything off and stored it on a thumbdrive. My plan was to beat his ass stupid with the pelican case and let them fire me. "sure I will go get my things but you might want to pull up the files, I haven't done anything in the past two weeks that a check couldn't cover".

In the end the douche bag manager bailed before I got there and I had to pull out some bullshit to open the computer back up and put the file back on it.

Well she didn't get fired or laid-off. Her boss was trying to prove she was not doing what she was told to do. In the end, Adel made it clear to Candy that her job of payroll is first and than whatever other projects Candy has lined up for her. In a round about way, the meeting kinda back fired on Candy.

Regardless, my wife is going to the other interview Monday. If the job is as good as it sounds, she will most likely quit and goto the new one.

Neither of them can do the job if my wife walks out. They will look like morons in the end. If I had an employee responsible of knowing and doing that much work, I would be taking care of them. Not making them hate the place. As said earlier. Karma will catch up with you sooner or later.

We thought Adel and Candy were both trying to get rid of her. It was clear in the meeting Candy is acting alone and Adel is supportive of my wife. The part of Adel telling Candy to change her attitude towards my wife never happening is beyond me.
