I have never worked for a slit. Working with them is bad enough. Especially when you behave like Champ Kind.

        Fact.

Exactly. They'll turn the fucking office into a soap opera, douche commercial and reality show all rolled into one if you give them the power to do it.

Not really hard to prove anything if you have evidence. In a right to work situation, a wrongful termination is hard to prove in the absence of a reason. So if I just fired you and didn't give a reason why, then I'd be in the clear.
That's what I meant. Right to work. It was early. And I was assuming they wouldn't be dumb enough to give her a reason or termination if they just didn't like her, and if they did give her a reason, it would be for something they could prove.

What does "mistreated" mean? Do they hit her with a rubber hose? If the work load is overwhelming I would advise that a more appropriate term be used when discussing the matter with a manager. Good luck I hope it works out.

Just have her file a sexual harasment suit and that should give her job security for a while. (j/k)

Meeting is at 3:30. So nothing new yet. Her sister does have her an interview lined up for Monday at her job with the SAME pay. Freaking awesome. My wife, laid-off or fired doesn't wanna deal with that place anymore after it happens. Dang near wanted to argue with her about walking away like that. She is just so burned out on the place.

Here is the Chain of Command at her job. Starting with her boss.
                            Candy, Adel and John.

Candy is the one wanting to know when she goes to the bathroom, leaves her desk or telling her where a file folder goes on her desk. Adel is the one she complained to twice and John once. John is out of town and 99% of the time does all the firing and laying off. It might be ironic that they are trying to do this while John is gone, cause John probably wouldn't let it go this far.

Thanks for the info and support. Unfortunately there is no documentation of her complaining about her boss. They would probably deny any meetings about her complaints. Just to protect their butts.

Has she mentioned anything to HR yet?

Her friend(Brandy) that WAS in HR, got fired 3 weeks ago. John let Brandy take the fall for a project that was done for the ceo that went downhill. I believe John is covering for the position as we speak.
