        A police investigation concluded that the boy would not have been hit had Cokinos been traveling at the speed limit, however.
        Not much more to the story than here...

            however the boy should have yielded right of way to the speeding police car who was in fact not on duty at all...:cool:

              It's hard to yield to something you never see coming.

              He should not have been doing 26 over while going to a part time job.
