Why would someone take a pill for a certain problem when the side effects could possibly be worse then the original problem? A adverse effect of tylenol is liver failure. But you still take it. Priapism and problems with vision and hearing are very rare occurrences...just like liver failure with tylenol. You take too much of any medication, you will get adverse effects. These are just warnings required by law...
