Finally got the Challenger! SRT8!

Found an inaugural edition in white with blue stripes that they were willing to deal on and bought it!! I am loving it. Sorry for posting this on a mustang board but I guess it is relevant since it is replacing a mustang.

The power is amazing and so smooth. Nothing like the mustang. The mustang was much more raw and you felt everything. This is smooth effortless power and a really nice ride in a almost family sized car. 100mph is so easy to do by accident I really have to keep an eye on my speed. Going to get an Escort 9500ci installed on Friday to save my butt.

Are you comparing it to a new mustang or an old one? I had the chance to get on a couple of new 5.0's and it was smooth as butter. Either way, nice car.

I am comparing it to a 2005 Mustang GT. I don't really have any experience with the newer models.
