4x10hr days vs. 5x8 hr days?

I've been working 4 10's since Nov. Supposed to be off on Fri. but been working 8hrs ot for a while. Guess it's better than working on Sat.

I used to work 4x10's but it had me coming in later in the day (didn't have an option for that shift early in the day and I would get out at 10-11pm). Work 7-3:30 now and much prefer but only because the 4x10's didn't start earlier.
