That would totally depend on your definition of freedom.
The Grandparents try to have him stay the night once a month or so. We still get to go out and have a good time.

The right kids are awesome. Most kids get on my nerves. Well behaved kids are great. Mine are with their Mom tonight. I've been working on my boy's dirtbike, and he doesnt know about it so she is keeping him occupied this week.

I've been working out of town the past few months since work round the house has slowed down...it's a buzz kill not getting to see my son during week he's 17 months. God it feels good to get home on Friday afternoons and see his face light up just cause of me, and I'm pretty sure mine does the same cause of him. When they are that young, your kids still think you're the greatest, no matter your flaws, it's a great feeling.

My 5 yo daughter comes to me throughout the day (I work from home) to tell me she loves me and just to give me hugs or kisses and I cherish every one of them. If I am having a rough day, it sure is welcome. She is definitely a Daddy's girl.

I actually have a really close friend whose first daughter was born last Wednesday. He is seventeen like me. It's incredible how his baby girl has changed so much about him: his atitude, view on life, and long term goals.
