Taking Calculus I for summer. Its gonna be an ass kicker.

BTW I had to take 5 english courses for Engineering. Comp I, Comp II, Speech, Technical Communication, and American Literature. I'm finishing up Tech Comm this semester and I'm glad to be done with English courses because I hate them.

I have to retake BCIS 1405, simply because Brookhaven requires 4 hours for the course, and I took it at Collin County and it was a 3 hour course.

It's a flat out stupid class to have to retake, since I have an A in it already, but before I transfer to a school in Austin for my bachelor's, I figured I'd just retake it and complete the stupid Associate's of Business Administration program here.

I also have to take Speech, then I'm done with the Associate's and all of the classes I can take at community college. Probably taking both in Maymester, so I can have the summer off before I move.

I think math is very easy. The reason why is due to it being repeating patterns. When I see situation 'A' then apply method '1'. When I see situation 'B' apply method 2. It is very mechanical. Just recognize the situation and apply the method.

This happened to me but with the Summer semester so I won't be graduating until December.

Fuck a bunch of that. After taking summers 1 and 2 for the last 2 years I decided I need a break this summer. I know it might slightly set me back a lil but I don't care. I need this break as I fear that I am slightly burned out on school.

Now is when i need to buckle down.

6 hours this summer: Intro to Public Administration, Civilization Through the Centuries II

15 hours this fall: don't remember the classes
                and
15 hours next spring followed by graduation.
(unless, of course, something doesn't go my way. which seems to happen a lot.)

Overall, after this semester i lack 36 hours to graduate.

Yeah it's learning the method 1 and method 2 thing that makes it such a task when the methods are complicated concepts. I'm doing well in pre-cal but it's no walk in the park for me. The fast pace of a summer class is going to be the kick in the ass.

It gets hard when you have to derive your own method 1, and recognize/create your own situation A. In the real world...there's no textbook problem. This is why planes split down the middle, and why electronics can still randomly fail.

LOL, my professor yells at the kids in my class that are fresh out of high school who blurt out stupid answers: "and that's why wings fall off of airplanes and space shuttles explode"!
