NINE Driving While Intoxicated Arrests?!

FUCKING NINE?!

A Weatherford has been sentenced to life in prison following his ninth DWI conviction.
Police said the latest case involving 54-year-old George Michael Carter showed him to have a blood alcohol level of 0.45 when he crashed his car. That is five times the state's legal limit of 0.08.
Carter must serve a minimum of 15 years in prison before becoming eligible for parole.
