I'd head to Nizhny Novgorod and fly around in their migs for a few hours, if money were no object. Then I'd head over to Putin's personal race track and beat the piss out of all the exotic cars I could get my hands on. Finally I'd spend the rest of the day hitting up all the clubs and restaurants in Moscow.

Either that or just play around in Dubai at the Ferrari theme park, ski resort and whatever other forms of entertainment I could find.
