I'll have to see if my Grandma still remembers it or has it written down somewhere (she has alzheimers). I haven't had squirrel since I was a teenager, and she always made it. I'd go hunting, and she would make dinner. Young squirrels were fried, old squirrels made a batch of dumplings. Brings back memories. Man I miss those days.
