LOL, its the only upside to my lil house. Im seriously thinking about sweetening the deal and leaving the projector and screen in there. I figure a new young couple will probably buy it and the guy will be drooling all over the tv enough to talk them into it.

Well I consider Summers ( in regards to high elec bills ) to be 3 months.. June July and August. So there is a lot of room for interpretation in his post.
