For those NOT using AT&T... Your thoughts?

I've been with AT&T for quite some time now... Originally with Sprint, then Nextel, then Nextel was bought out by Sprint, and now AT&T.

My work phone is Verizon (I can get a 17% discount each month since our company uses Verizon).

Im kinda tired of the iPhone... I think I want to switch to something else. Just don't know anything about Sprint's network anymore since I've been gone so long. I pay $87/mo for the lowest plan (450 mins) + data right now (I can do the lowest plan cause everyone I know is on AT&T so its free).

Seems Verizon & Sprint are more expensive? Am I wrong for thinking I can save some money while switching too?

I pay 120 a month for 1500 anytime minutes between me and my girlfriend, unlimited text, data, picture mail, The whole shabang.

I have been with Sprint for a good 8 years now and have never had any issues with them, even in the middle of the desert near area 51 I have service when nobody else does!

I have an old plan with Sprint and do not use a smart phone but that is the price of a similar plan to your AT&T. Not sure if you can get a discount with Sprint as well through your company.

I called up to Sprint and had them put me on the everything plan and then negotiated a lower price for multiple lines. Love it. Unlimited data and text. Screw AT&T

sprint... unlimited everything and also uses my evo as a hotspot.... less than 90 a month

Well verizon will be going 4g soon. So they will not have unlimted data any more after they setup the LTE network. Data plans will be like ATT. Sux alien balls

I hated AT&T until I got Verizon with a new job.... I drop calls and people can't understand me half the time in my own house in Frisco - 1mi from a tower.

I fucking hate Verizon. I even went out and bought their piece of shit "network extender" for $270. I now have 5 bars in my house and people still can't fucking hear me. "Are you under water?"

I love Sprint. I've had the same number with them since the early-mid 90's. We have 3 phones on our line (2 Evo's and a different HTC smart phone) with unlimited everything and my bill is about $130/mo. Their customer service has DRAMATICALLY changed for the better. PLUS, I can get a new phone every year.

I think its safe to say you've known me for quite a LONG time....

If you really can get me hooked up like that, I'll get ahold of you when I get ready to make the switch! (couple months tops, waiting on contract, unless you have a way out of that too! )
