Youre a big ol' boy. It would take a shit load of morphine to cause you respiratory arrest. What did he do? Give you 40-50mg IV bolus?
The dose is 0.1-0.2mg/kg body weight.
Regardless, glad you could pull through and make a positive out of all the negative from 2004.

I have no idea. I had a bullet sticking out of my skull. I remember getting a shot, being walked to the 'hawk and them sitting me in it. NO seatbelt, no door closed, woke up being zipped in a bag and smiled at the nurse doing it and said "You're cute."

She yelled and said "Holy shit, you're alive!" And I said "Yeah....think so, doing anything later?"

They yanked me out of it, put me on a backboard and neckbrace and put me in a different pile

I think with the wars still going on...John Q. Public is still interested in hearing from combat vets such as yourself to see what it is this decade long war(s) has put our troops through. I know I would pick up a copy...more so because you are on here telling us your trials and tribulations. Man I think if you are serious about it...create a plan/outline/format etc and then layout what you need help with to complete it. Post it on here and anyone with a certain set of skills/contacts caqn get in where they fit in to help you. Fuck it is the least some of us could do considering what you have done. Let us know bro.

                                Happy re-birthday, Jim.
FWIW, I think it's the stuff you've been through (and come through) since then that give you bad MF'er status.

Not to get all sappy and shit, but you're an inspiration.
