Uploadin pics on here? Help

Every time I try to load pics on here they say that my attchments are too big. Ive tried resizing them, saving as diff file types, ect. I have no attachments in my folder. Yall tell me what Im doin wrong or where to save them to make it ok to upload?

I use both. There are some pics photobucket won't host.
