Paying tolls for backed up highways annoys me to begin with.

I had read horror stories where people had moved, but NTTA sent stuff to the old addresses. 'Course, the bill wouldn't get paid and the next thing a person would know is a $1000+ bill from NTTA.

NTTA wouldnt take my money either, they wanted like 2000 bucks, they can get bent. Im not paying those outrageous fees.
