Summit isn't a like competitor. If it's only a couple of bucks you might be able to convince whatever store you go through to do it, but strictly speaking it doesn't fit into the policy.

It probably isn't worth the hassle to try since it is not in policy and I don't really like chancing getting the workers in trouble unless they offer to give me a discount. Thanks though!

They have matched Summit's price on gasket sets several times for me. Granted, it was only a $6 difference.
