traffic citation - can i get out of it?

sucks, but i doubt you would get that dismissed with a technicality so you will be paying something.
get a traffic lawyer, let them handle it. as said above, dont use that broad to do it.

To my knowledge 6 over was risky, that's why I try not to speed. When I do, I live life on the edge at 5 mph over! Oh yeah, I'm a bad ass.

I NEVER do more than 5 over due to lessons learned.

I received a ticket for 38 in a 30. I GLADLY paid that because the officer could have cuffed and stuffed my ass and didn't. I humbly took his ass chewing and went on my way. I was 18 and 2 weeks away from going to marine corps boot camp, so he cut me some ginormous slack.
