I liked their 1 game/movie pass, 20 bucks a month and I could swap out 1 at a time whenever I wanted, and it was on the way home from work.

No doubt! I have netflix and use it but it was nice to be able to walk in and get something whenever I wanted it, plus they had games as well. I've used gamefly before but they suck too, I hate waiting for things in the mail!

I still use the BB by mail program, and I love it. $20 for 3 movies out at a time, unlimited exchanges for my mailers in the store, a free game rental a month, and I can use my mailers for discounted rental price for additional games.

If they close, I'll be looking at a price increase (netflix + gamefly) and probably won't get as much content delivered. This sucks for me.

What's crazy is how easy it is to get free games at gamefly. I ordered Medal of Honor and it never showed up. I emailed them, they sent another, never showed up, I emailed them again and they said to notify the USPS so I did, and they sent another. Well, I got three copies in the mail at the same time. Being an honest person, I sent them all back when I was done playing through it, but I could've easily kept a copy.

Yeah they just re-send them out no questions asked. Back when I had them I used to get mine and another guys from across the apartment complex, I took it over to him one time and he said they already shipped another one for him and he was already playing it

My major complaint for them though was always getting what was like #5 or 6 on my que never any new releases. So I just stopped using them.

There is only one thing that sucks about the eventual death of BB. The folks in DFW that will lose their jobs (especially in McKinney). Beyond that, I can't wait to piss on it's grave.

Yep...that distribution center housed a lot of jobs. Hopefully they planned ahead.
