Neither. I used to drink coffee all the time, but I have a caffeine sensitivity and heart palpitations, so I stopped drinking all caffeine including coffee and sodas (and never EVER an energy drink, ended up in the ER from one of those).
Usually I'll drink water with my breakfast, on occasion I'll do juice (apple) or a diet Sprite/7up..
