            It seems like IT jobs are on the rise these days, I know DFW and the Austin area are both hiring pretty heavily.

                  It's not often you're going to find a true, kool aid drinking, Cisco Gold Partner (which is what Leah's bro works for...) that does Shortel. Like Avaya, Shortel is one of Cisco's favorite systems to displace. It's a good way to have the Cisco Gods frown upon you.

                          I have quite a bit of Data Center experience (5+ years), started out as a Data Center operator, now a team lead.

                          My experience is mostly in monitoring (environmental/physical security/infrastructure) and my knowledge of architecture/engineering side of things is limited.
