Before our phone conversation got cut-off he said "Wait, let me get this straight...she's allowed you to use the debit card before on several occassions? to which I replied "Of course, she handed it to me at least once a week for months, to grab her a pack of smokes/beer while I was on my way to a store or gas station". The same goes for me... I've given her permission an uncountable amount of times to use my debit card as well.
I know that she and her husband both file single/head of household and didn't claim the money I paid for child care as additional income last year so I've notified the IRS accordingly.
I know that she has Texas food stamps and sold the $600 in monthly services lone star card for a lower in full cash amount, so I have reported that accordingly.
I know that Dan's (the BIL) mother and two brothers are all facing charges for the sale of prescription drugs on the street and that my niece is living in that two bedroom house with those 5 adults who stay heavily medicated on their scores of oxycontin and liquor. So, I have reported that accordingly as well.Originally posted by VertnutI'd run my junk through a waffle iron, if it makes you more "comfortable". LOL!

I verified it's not a joint checking they had, that he was just an authorized individual added to the signature card on her account.
The officer merely stated their claims and that he was calling to get more info. WHY he won't call me back is upsetting to say the least.

Now he's trying to say I stole that money, she backs his story, I'm out $300 and now I can't get the PD back on the phone to clear this up.

Yep, she had me pull out $300 to pickup something for her. A few days later her husband was in Texas and she was moving out. She lied to him about spending the money so he confronted me. I told him to eat shit, then told her if she wouldn't put her man in check on where that money went, that I would. I wired an additional $300 directly into her account to cover her ass with her husband and I never heard from either one of them since.

LOL!!! Had that money just burning a hole in my pocket I tell ya!
He may not be calling you back, because he has all the info he needs to tell them they aren't going to pursue this further.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

People are miserable. I can't believe family would do that.
